Hope for Ghana’s third school’s Library and Computer Lab was created and inaugurated in August 2022, and is proudly named Senyo’s Library.
Senyo’s Library honors the loyalty, humility and faithfulness of my amazing friend and Hope for Ghana Vice President of Operations, Senyo Gbormittah, who embodies the humanity, the commitment, the passion and the values of Hope for Ghana’s vision. The heart and soul of this young man is revealed in his own words: “A philosophy that has blessed my life is that I have learned to give not because I have much, but because I understand how it feels to have nothing.”
The library was filled with over 2000 books. Thanks to an extraordinary partnership with Brother’s Brother Foundation, a computer lab was provided, and over 50 software learning programs have been installed for children of all ages.
