It was a Christmas to remember for over 1000 Ghanaians in 6 villages over 4 days, as Hope for Ghana’s Annual Christmas Celebration brought holiday magic orchestrated by Senyo, Hope for Ghana’s Vice President of Operations, and thanks to the immense generosity of many donors including the Langford family and Mason’s Movement Foundation.
Christmas in these remote Ghanaian villages was celebrated with a wonderful meal prepared each day at dawn by Senyo’s mother, drinks, biscuits and candy, and accompanied by jubilant dancing and singing. It was a Christmas they will never forget.
Our Christmas celebrations also provided National Health Insurance, ensuring access to health care for 8000 Ghanaians in 30 villages over 14 days in early December.
This feel-good video shows the picture of gratitude in Ghana and the true joy and hope of the holiday season.
