It was a Christmas to remember in 4 villages for 1100 Ghanaians over 3 days, as Hope for Ghana’s Annual Christmas Celebration came to life in December thanks to Senyo, Hope for Ghana’s Vice President of Operations, and the immense generosity of many donors including the Langford family and Mason’s Movement Foundation.
Christmas in these remote Ghanaian villages was celebrated with a wonderful meal prepared each day at dawn by Senyo’s mother, drinks, biscuits and candy, and accompanied by jubilant dancing and singing. It was a Christmas they will never forget.
Our Christmas/New Year’s Celebration continues to this day with our newest initiative envisioned by Senyo, providing National Health Insurance and ensuring access to health care for over 4000 Ghanaians in 30 villages.
This feel-good video shows the picture of gratitude in Ghana and the true joy and hope of the holiday season. It is sure to put a huge smile on your face.
