Hope for Ghana is thrilled to build our fifth school in the village of Glisiya where many of the kids don’t go to school because they have to walk 3-4 kilometers to get to the nearest school. Our first project in the Northern Region will provide 7 classrooms that will serve kindergarteners through 6th graders. The school will also feature a library, a water borehole providing clean drinking water, boys’ and girls’ bathroom facilities, and much more.
Benjamin’s School of Hope has been built in partnership with Matt and Gretchen Fischer and Benjamin Benefit Foundation to honor the life and memory of their beautiful son. Benjamin was a perfectly special child, deeply and forever loved. His presence was pure, emanating grace and simplicity. His light continues to brightly shine on and within the many who pass through this school.
Together we will rewrite the story in the village of Glisiya forever, bringing hope and opportunity to their children for generations to come.
