The next chapter is about to begin. I am thrilled to be heading home to Ghana tonight for a month long adventure. Overwhelmed by an economy crushed by staggering inflation and a rapidly deflating value of their currency, Ghanaians more than ever are desperately in need of hope.
Building schools, providing clean water, and offering vocational apprenticeships to young men and women will fill our days ahead. Distributing 300 pounds of donations village to village will be a joy. But beyond any cement or books or overpacked luggage, ultimately what we are bringing to the most remote villages in Ghana is hope. And that’s everything.
I am humbled and grateful for Hope for Ghana’s incredible partnership with Brother’s Brother Foundation, whose shipment of desperately needed medical supplies has just arrived at Ghana’s port. That is philanthropy at its best.
I can’t wait to share the celebration of this next chapter of Hope for Ghana with you. Together we are creating boundless possibilities.
Ghana, I’ll be there tomorrow!
