I returned back to Pittsburgh last week after an exhilarating and successful trip to Ghana. Pictures from the building of Hope for Ghana’s second school are coming very soon, but the emotional pinnacle of my trip was the success in providing access to clean water to several more villages where women and children have had to walk miles to fetch dirty water from a river dam.
Immense joy and celebration was palpable in villages as Hope for Ghana continued its mission to provide access to clean water to villages in dire need of clean, potable water. The immense generosity of Hope for Ghana’s donors, including the significant philanthropy of Randy and Holli Stegner, Living Water Church in Christ, and Grace Life Church is transforming the lives of Ghanaian villages forever.
Water is life! The video below from the tiny village of Bekpo is a taste of hope and joy in Ghana. Hope for Ghana has proudly provided access to clean water in 8 villages to date. Each and every donor to Hope for Ghana shares in this miraculous gift of water.
There’s much more to come. One village at a time.
