Hope for Ghana is thrilled to announce that Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States of America, His Excellency Dr. Barfuor Adjei-Barwuah, will be the distinguished Guest of Honor at Hope for Ghana’s Charity Golf Outing on July 25, 2020. A diplomat, dedicated public servant and a distinguished statesman, His Excellency Dr. Barfuor Adjei-Barwuah represents the President of Ghana at the Embassy of Ghana in Washington, DC. I am honored and humbled to have His Excellency deliver the keynote address at Hope for Ghana’s fundraising event.
Hope for Ghana proudly welcomes Kofi Tonto, the Embassy of Ghana’s Head of Information and Public Affairs, who will be accompanying Mr. Ambassador on his trip to Pittsburgh. I am grateful for Kofi’s sincere interest in furthering Hope for Ghana’s cause.
And for the second year in a row it is an incredible honor to announce that Emmy Award winner and WTAE Pittsburgh news anchor, Kelly Sasso, will headline the charity event as Master of Ceremonies. I am so proud to have Kelly bring her enthusiasm and energy to the dinner portion of the festivities. A great thank you to WTAE Pittsburgh and Kelly for their immense commitment to my mission.
Join Hope for Ghana on July 25, 2020 for an event to remember. Proceeds from this charity event will allow Hope for Ghana to build schools, providing hope and opportunity to Ghanaian children in rural villages who are starving to learn, and provide access to clean water to villages in dire need of potable water. Together we are transforming lives for children and families in the most remote villages of Ghana. One village at a time.
