I am very excited and proud that Hope for Ghana’s Charity Golf Outing is one of the rare events that has not been canceled this summer. Hope for Ghana and Westwood Golf Club promise to ensure the safety of my guests, volunteers and staff.
A golf event that includes lunch and dinner in the club’s ballroom demands unique safety measures during these unprecedented times so that every person in attendance can enjoy this charitable event under the safest conditions on July 25, 2020.
MASKS must be worn at registration, when entering and exiting the ballroom, and at the auction tables and bar. Masks are NOT required while golfers are in their golf carts or on the golf course, or while guests are seated at their tables in the ballroom. Westwood Golf Club’s catering staff will all be wearing masks throughout the dinner program.
SOCIAL DISTANCING measures will be in place, affecting the distance between tables in the ballroom and the number of seats per table. Social distancing will ensure the safety of Live Painter, Cody Sabol, and Harpist, Samara Egan.
OUTDOOR SEATING options are available in the club’s beautiful patio that overlooks the golf course.
SANITIZER will be provided to all golfers, and available to all guests at registration tables. Golf carts, set 6 feet apart, will be fully sanitized before the event.
Virtually the entire event is CONTACTLESS, including Hope for Ghana’s Silent Auction that has been converted to an ONLINE auction.
July 25, 2020 is going to be a very special day. Hope for Ghana’s Charity Golf Outing will be an event that you will never forget, for it is our day to change the lives of Ghanaian children and families forever.
REGISTER TODAY to be a part of this special event, as seating will be limited.
