Hope for Ghana and Westwood Golf Club promise to ensure the safety of our guests, volunteers and staff at The Fifth Annual Hope for Ghana Charity Golf Outing.
A golf event that includes lunch and dinner in the club’s ballroom demands unique safety measures during this pandemic so that everyone enjoys this charitable event under the safest conditions as recommended by the CDC, Allegheny County and state of Pennsylvania.
MASKS must be worn at registration, when entering and exiting the ballroom, and at the auction tables and bar. Masks are NOT required while golfers are in their golf carts or on the golf course, or while guests are seated at their tables in the ballroom. Westwood Golf Club’s catering staff will all be wearing masks throughout the dinner program.
SOCIAL DISTANCING measures will be in place at registration and in the ballroom, affecting the distance between tables in the ballroom and the number of seats per table.
OUTDOOR SEATING options are available in the club’s beautiful patio that overlooks the golf course.
SANITIZER will be provided to all golfers, and available to all guests at registration tables. Golf carts, set 6 feet apart, will be fully sanitized before the event.
Virtually the entire event is CONTACTLESS, including Hope for Ghana’s Silent Auction that has been converted to an ONLINE auction.
Hope for Ghana’s Charity Golf Outing will be an event that you will never forget, and most importantly an event that promises the safety of everybody.
