While it’s impossible to summarize my recent trip to Ghana, I am proud to share these simple, wonderful moments caught on video. They are a reflection of my journey in Ghana, bringing life to the beautiful people and places that have touched me, and the building of Hope for Ghana’s second school that has now reached the level of the roof.
At this time of thanksgiving it is these moments that I will reflect on with gratitude. I’m grateful to my most trusted friend, Senyo, who is seen in most of these videos because he’s that faithful, loyal friend who makes me better at what I am trying to accomplish in Ghana. To my masons, carpenters, plumber, electrician and my enormous team, I remain forever grateful and indebted to you for being the blood, sweat and tears of my mission. You bring to life my vision and my dreams.
From Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania I wish each of you around the world a joyous and reflective Thanksgiving. Know that your love and support has brought a new thanksgiving to the most remote villages in Ghana. Together we are transforming lives in Ghana with hope. One village at a time.
